The app

Everything for the five daily prayers, nothing in the way

Four tabs, black and gold at night and ivory by day. The theme follows the sun: it turns light at sunrise and dark at Maghrib.

Prayer screen at Asr with the sun arc, the day's six times, each with its own alert, and Fajr, Dhuhr and Asr ticked.
Prayer

Times you can trust

Calculated on your phone, even offline, and easy to match to your mosque. Tick each prayer as you pray it. Adhan, beep or silent for each one, and Fajr still wakes you on a phone that saves battery.

Home screen at night with the countdown to Fajr, today's five prayers ticked for a 7-day streak, the Qibla bearing and a 33-count tasbih.
Home

One look, then pray

The next prayer and how long until it, today’s ticks and your streak, your Qibla bearing, a tasbih that counts to 33, a verse for the day, and a nudge to read Al-Kahf on Fridays.

Quran

All 6,236 verses, offline

The Uthmani text from the Tanzil Project with the Pickthall English translation. Transliteration for the short surahs you pray with, bookmarks, and it remembers where you stopped.

Media

Five a day, then done

Short reminders from creators we have chosen, picked for you from what you watch. When you reach the end, the app tells you you’re all caught up.

Dark mode

Black and gold, easy on the eyes at Fajr and Isha. Let it switch by itself at Maghrib and sunrise, follow your phone, or keep it dark all the time.

Prayer tracker

Tick each prayer as you pray it and build a streak. Excused, for example during your period? Pause the day and your streak waits for you.

Ramadan

From mid-Shaʿban, a suhoor and iftar timetable for your city, a countdown on Home and an optional alarm before suhoor ends.

Home-screen widget

The next prayer and today’s times on your home screen. It keeps itself up to date without you opening the app.

Larger text

Three text sizes across the whole app, and Quran Arabic you can make as big as you need.

Works offline

Prayer times, alerts, the Qibla and the Quran all work without signal, on the Tube or abroad.

Phones and tablets

Made for small phones and big ones, iPads, Android tablets and foldables, with two columns on wide screens.

No account needed

Open it and pray. No sign-up, no adverts, and nothing about you leaves your phone.

Many more features to come, in shā’ Allāh

Media

Something better to scroll

Every short comes from a creator we follow, credited by name with a link to their channel. New videos arrive by themselves, and the app learns what helps you from what you finish and what you skip. That history never leaves your phone.

New to prayer, or coming back? Learn to pray takes you through wudu and each prayer in five short steps, and 19 how-to guides from Green Lane Masjid cover ghusl, Witr, Istikhara, fasting and more. The app suggests the one that fits the moment, like Witr after Isha or wiping over socks in winter.
